Eligibility for Returns
Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
Conditions for Returns: To qualify for a return:
- The product must be returned with no more than 5ml used.
- The original packaging, including any seals and labels, must be intact and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perfumes with more than 5ml used are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Customized or special-edition fragrances are not eligible for returns unless defective upon arrival.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected to verify that they meet the return conditions (less than 5ml used and returned within 7 days).
- Refund Approval: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs:

- For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
